Billy is now Backbone. The Billy subscriptions have ended and you are no longer billed for them. You sign in to Backbone with the same e-mail and password, and your data (clients, invoices, templates) stays. Backbone has its own plans, listed above, with the same 7-day trial.
Create an account at Backbone and add a card at Stripe. You pay €0.00 today, get the full product for 7 days and can cancel any time before the trial ends. If you stay, your plan starts after day 7. There is no permanently free plan.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly, with no setup fee and no minimum term. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan from your settings at any time.
Pay for the year up front and get 2 months free: €190, €290 or €490 a year instead of twelve payments of €19, €29 or €49.
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT. The invoice from Backbone shows the VAT separately.
Yes. Backbone AI with the assistant Billy and the connector for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok are part of every plan. Your own AI tool’s subscription is separate and is up to that tool.
Every plan has a monthly invoice and receipt allowance; Studio has more than Solo, and Agency the most. Backbone publishes the exact numbers on its pricing page, so we do not quote any here.
